Last night Brian and I decided to mix up our summer cooking routine (read: grilling out constantly) and make some pizza. However, during our weekly run to Whole Foods, it became quickly apparent that we were making two very different pizzas. Solution? We bought two crusts and each went our own way with our indivudual tastes. Outcome? Two delicous pizzas! My recipe can be found here (it is seriously like taking a bite out of summer-it is just that good and that refreshing!). Brian’s is his own creation–topped with jalepenos! We loved this fun spin on pizza night, and are both excited to enjoy our own (and each other’s) leftovers for lunch.
